Youth Weaving Classes

	Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum Youth Weavers give a demonstration for the Nantucket New School.

To cultivate the next generation of Nantucket lightship basket weavers, the museum offers weaving classes to children ages 11 - 16. Each weaver is given the individual attention required to experience creating a basket like the ones made on the South Shoal Lightship.  Join the fun!.  Beginner, intermediate and experienced weavers welcome.

Adult Weaving Workshops

Join Tim Parsons, acclaimed basket weaving instructor, will hold one and two day workshops. Course fee includes materials.
